RETURNS

Items may be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be:

Unused

In brand-new condition

In original packaging with all tags and accessories included

Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use will be eligible for store credit only, at our discretion.
CANCELLATIONS

Orders canceled after payment may be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Orders placed using Klarna cannot be canceled once submitted.
RETURN SHIPPING & LABELS

Return Fees

No return fee will be charged if:

The item was shipped incorrectly, or

The return is due to an error on our part

For all other online returns:

$20 return fee will be deducted from the refund

Bicycle returns are subject to a $150 return fee, which covers inspection, handling, and restocking
WARRANTY
All products sold by Kids Bikes Canada are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Warranty coverage, terms, and duration vary by brand and product.
